Looks Like DMX, one of our favorite rappers, is at it again.

With an arrest record that has just a few places left for new entries, DMX got another time out today.
Miami wasn’t the Sunshine state for him today as he was picked up for a warrant that was outstanding for him in Arizona, where he walked away from a court date that was related to his charges for animal cruelty and drug possession.

TMZ had a few photos showing that the police grabbed DMX outside Walmart earlier this afternoon.( Hm… Save money and live better didn’t apply in this case)

Appearing on his behalf Tuesday his attorney stated that he had been in the hospital in Miami, though there were no details as to why.
The Judge chose to issue the warrant anyway, and his bond was raised to 25,000.

Strangely enough, DMX is currently using a court appointed public defender.
Equally curiously, DMX goes back to court the 26th of August for purportedly attempting to use someone elses identity in order to get out of paying a hospital bill in Arizona.

Are there money problems in the works as well as the legal variety? We can overlook the identity theft to save on the hospital bill, and the freebie legal aid, but shopping at… WALMART??

Gary Glitter, sometimes rock star and famous Brit personality, (famous for more than rocking it seems) has become the problem of Great Britain as soon as he is released from jail on Tuesday.
By way of the BBC comes the news that Glitter will be deported from Vietnam back to the UK this week when he is released from prison after spending about three years there for child molestation.

Born as Paul Gadd, he was found guilty in 2006 of obscene acts with two girls, ages ten and eleven in Vietnam while living in the tourist town, Vung Tau.

As soon as he’s released, according to Vietnamese law, he will be driven directly to the airport and sent home to the UK.
Is that the end of it.. Well not exactly. Upon his arrival in London, he will be met by the police who will take an interview with him regarding where he will live and take all information necessary to help local police keep track of him.

For his part, Glitter says he has no interest in the UK as a place to live (can’t blame him, all that pesky protecting society stuff going on there) and has mentioned the Phillipines as a place where he may go to relaunch his music career.

Actress Hayden Panettiere’s dad, Alan, has been arrested for allegedly punching his wife/Hayden’s mom in the face last night, according to the entertainment site tmz.com.

The “Heroes” star’s dad was arrested earlier today on one felony count of domestic violence and is now held on $50,000 bail.

By the way, Hayden was involved in a minor incident/accident herself just yesterday. The car she was riding in (she was not driving) run over a paparazzo’s foot outside Eva Longoria Parker’s restaurant Beso last night, according to tmz.com.

24 star Kiefer Sutherland didn’t use soap during his time in jail last X-mas, after dropping the bar in the jail’s communal showers, according to Contactmusic.com.

The famous actor hasn’t talked much about his time behind bars before, but now he seems to be able to joke about it:

“I dropped the soap! I actually dropped the soap. I remember looking down at it and then I looked around and thought: ‘Soap is over-rated… I’m done with this shower!’”

Sutherland had to spend over a month in jail after a DUI arrest last September.

John Edwards has told the famous ABC News correspondent Bob Woodruff that he did in fact have an affair with 44-year old Rielle Hunter, but said that he loved only his wife, Elizabeth.

However, Edwards denies being the father of Hunter’s baby girl, even though he has not taken a paternity test, but he said that he was willing to take one, according to ABC News.

It was in July 2008, that several media outlets speculated that Edwards’ political career has been harmed by claims published in The National Enquirer that he had fathered a child outside his marriage with a woman by the name of Rielle Hunter. Edwards denied the whole thing back then, but has now admitted that he actually did have an affair with her in 2006.

Edwards was the Democratic nominee for Vice President in 2004, and was a candidate for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination through the January primaries, until dropping out, and later endorsing Senator Barack Obama.

Is this the beginning of the end of Edwards’ political career? We think so!
