A New Zealand newspaper has condemned Paul Henry, who apparently once worked for the BBC and was talking about Boyle on the
New Zealand’s TVOne’s Breakfast.

He described Boyle as “retarded” and laughed when he read that she had been starved of oxygen at birth.

“If you look at her carefully, you can make it out,” he added.

The Sunday Express claimed that Henry’s co-host Pippa Wetzell said: “That is not funny. That’s awful. She’s had such a tragic life, that woman.”

IHC New Zealand, a charity for people with learning disabilities, has criticized Henry’s comments and urged people to complain.

Sunday News reported that Henry described the charity’s campaign as “shameful” and added that he “didn’t regret anything I say”.

The stripper that Josh Duhamel is alleged to have had sex with has apologised to his wife Fergie.

A recent tabloid report suggested that the actor, who is in Georgia making a film called filming Life As We Know It, had cheated on his spouse with Atlanta-based exotic dancer Nicole Forrester.
The star from the Transformers later called the claims “absolutely ridiculous”.

Forrester has now made a plea to the Black Eyed Peas singer, Extra reported.

Forrester previously revealed that she had passed a lie detector test regarding the matter. Fergie dismissed the allegations as “nonsense”.

CBS News employee Robert Haldermanpleaded not guilty to trying to blackmail David Letterman for $2m (£1.25m) over his relationships with female members of his staff.

Halderman, ironically the   a producer for true-crime show 48 Hours, entered his plea against the charge of attempted grand larceny in a Manhattan court today. His bail has been set at $200,000 (£125,000), The AP reported.

Prosecutors claim that the 51-year-old demanded $2m from Letterman last month in exchange for covering up information that he insisted would ruin the chatshow host’s reputation.

Letterman subsequently went public about the affairs on last night’s broadcast of his program and had apparently cut a fake check and delivered it which lead to the arrest according to Showbiz news story in the LA Times.

Pamela Anderson is reportedly on the verge of bankruptcy after amassing a string of unpaid debts, or so the story goes.

The Baywatch actress has outstanding bills with a US construction company who completedv work on her home last year, Contactmusic reports. Now THAT’S California. You can’t pay the bills but you get your house renovated.

Bruder Construction filed a $674,043 (£422,922) lien against the star in order to chase payments for the building work.

She is also believed to owe the US government around $252,360 (£158,340) in unpaid taxes.

Anderson has apparently been living in a beachside trailer in Malibu while waiting for her home to be finished. Nobody from her team is commenting.. Do you suppose she forgot to pay the spokesperson?

Barack Obama’s former pastor doesn’t Do Oprah apparently.. saying she’s only “an entertainer, not a politician” who doesn’t “care” about social policy and can’t help the poor at all. (Anyone but us think this man looks psychotic?)

His words are semi tough but does he have a point? Our humble opinion finds that the simple truth is, quite often its the politicians who don’t care and the entertainers and simple folks who do.

Checking out the healthcare bill, which seems quite over the top in requesting what amounts to suicide counseling  and less carefor people over a certain age, we’d have to say it might be Oprah who stands head and shoulders above those “caring politicians” in our world.

Since Oprah left his church some time back, rumor has it because of the incendiary and incredibly bigoted comments of this mentor to President Obama,  do you think it might be a case of sour grapes?
