The doctors discharged Amy from the hospital on Monday, which she celebrated by hitting the bar!!!

At least there is still some heart in Amy as she reportedly gave the kebab leftovers to some homeless guy.

Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan, has told E! News that he has given a DNA sample for a paternity test and that he is convinced that it will disprove a woman’s claim that he is the father of her daughter.

By the way, the “fathering” of the child in question supposedly took place while he was separated from his now ex-wife and reality show diva, Dina Lohan… (which in turn means that Lindsay might have a “secret sister”).

Tiny actor Verne Troyer, who is probably best known as the character Mini-Me in the “Austin Powers” movies, is suing tmz.com (and some other people) for more than $20 million over a sex video he claims was first stolen and then posted online, all according to Reuters.

NBA superstar (and now also freestyle rapper) Shaquille O’Neal will lose his special deputy’s badge in Maricopa County, Arizona, because of the lingo he used while dissing Lakers star Kobe Bryant in a rap caught on tape, all according to AP.

“I want his two badges back. Because if any one of my deputies did something like this, they’re fired. I don’t condone this type of racial conduct,” Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told The Associated Press yesterday.

Joe Arpaio promotes himself as “America’s Toughest Sheriff” and is probably best known for dressing jail inmates in pink underwear, serving them surplus food and forcing them to work on chain gangs.

Britney Spears will not be charged for allegedly running over a paparazzo’s foot in Los Angeles, according to contactmusic.com.

The photographer filed a criminal complaint against Spears in May, a few months after his foot was allegedly crushed as the pop star backed her car away from a group of photographers.

After viewing footage of the incident, the LA district attorney has ruled that the paparazzo must have placed his foot in front of Britney’s car and that Britney didn’t realize that she injured the paparazzo before she took off.

This must have been really good news for Spears… maybe her luck is finally changing?
