Actor/Director Mel Gibson has just bought “The X Files” star David Duchovny and Tea Leoni’s home in Malibu, California.

Gibson, who already owns several properties in Malibu, paid about $11.5 million for the 5.5 acre, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom ocean- and canyon view home in Carbon Canyon, according to the Los Angeles Times.

While the bone thin celebrity girl isn’t exactly something new, there is a growing concern that its sending along the wrong message to the teenage girls who watch these folks week after week and strive to find that kind of body style.

Celebs like Calista Flockhart and Ellen Pompeo have taken their own share of the heat, and now its time that 90210 girls do to apparently.

Shenae Grimes, Jessica Stroup and AnnaLynne McCord are taking a ton of it if the blogs, forum posts and comments in the news are anything to go on.

…and to add insult to injury…even ‘Gossip Girl’ actor Penn Badgley is now dissing their bony bods.
Bagley told “Pop Eater” that he’s “never been proponent of the thin L.A. girls.”

Not having said enough, he went on to add that he thinks it’s “healthy” that the females on ‘Gossip Girl’ “aren’t bone-thin.”
His advice for the ultra skinny group of ‘90210′ gals: “I hope they eat a double cheeseburger or something.”

According to People, despite the news released on the internet on Thursday that some of Paris Hiltons 17 precious pooches had become coyote fodder, its simply not true.

In response to commentary on the internet that two of the Hilton pups had been eaten, a representative for Paris confirmed that her dogs are not only alive, but living better than many of the humans out there in a tiny little poochie mansion.

“They were at Paris’s house Wednesday in her recording studio, and all the dogs were playing and looked as healthy and happy as can be,” a rep for Ms Hilton tolds PEOPLE. “Paris even had a doggie mansion built for them and it is very secured. ”
Reports on the internet had the hapless animals as dead and poor Paris crying non stop.

His net worth is $57 billion!

Investor Warren Buffett ended up at No. 2, with a net worth of $50 billion.

Lawrence Ellison (Oracle) came in at No. 3 and Jim Walton (Wal-Mart) at No. 4.

Looks like the folks from Nip Tuck are looking for a financial makeover.

Stars began shooting on the last season today and the  representatives for the stars Julian McMahon, Dylan Walsh and Joely Richardson, Kelly Carlson and RomaMaffia, according to E, are in the middle what seem to be tense negotiations with the producers.

It is reported that McMahon and Walsh’s agents are asking for $250,000 for each episode for portraying the plastic surgeons Christian Troy and Sean McNamara,which is just about double what they made last year.

Some of the others are also reportedly checking out the pay raise potential, where Richardson,  hopes to  kick up the  $100,000-per-episode she earned for last year.

No one is talking walk out, but E says that  Julian McMahon was a no show for his wardrobe appointment last week.

After taking time off for a double mastectomy, Christina Applegate returned to work on the LA set of Samantha Who, just as she was scheduled to do her media rep told E news.Christina underwent the radical surgery in July, having had an early form of breast cancer detected in one breast. Reviewing her history and her chances, Christina told the press that she believed this was her only possible choice and it was a very brave one.

To top it off, she didn’t let her illness affect her position or production on her comedy series, and she’s been given an all clear, with physicians saying that she’s completely cancer free.

She is scheduled to undergo reconstructive surgery over the next few months which she says will not interfere with her work on Samantha.

We absolutely believe her.
