The Northern Territory government has organized a mass killing of the creatures after claiming that the Docker River community is “under siege” by the animals, Sky News reported.

Local government minister Rob Knight said: “They’ve actually come right into the community smashing infrastructure, so it’s become a critical situation.

“There are health issues, there are camels being trampled, and dead carcasses in the community. They are smashing over water mains and intruding on the airstrip, causing problems with medical evacuations.”

Graham Taylor, the chief executive of local authority MacDonnell Shire, added: “It began four weeks ago with 25 or 30 camels, but every day more and more turned up looking for water.”

Brittany Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, was rushed to a hospital from LAX this afternoon after his planetouched down. Britney didn’t think it was serious enough for her hubby to go to the hospital, but the fire department did not agree.

The flight from Puerto Rico landed in Los Angeles at 2:40 PM today. Allegedly Monjack was incoherent when EMTs boarded the plane.

Murphy told the responding fire dept. personnel she thought it was an asthma attack, but the EMTs felt it could be more serious than that.

The story is going now that there was no blood in Woods car so its doubtful if those facial lacerations came from the accident. Earlier the tale that was heard was that Tiger told a friend that his wife went ballistic at around 2:00 AM yesterday and scratched his face up — all because of reports he allegedly had cheated on her. He left the house, started driving away and she attacked the SUV with a golf club, Tiger told the friend. He got “distracted” and hit the hydrant.

If she really did do the scratching she’s up for domestic abuse and if she’s arrested a bit more of the truth may come out. Allegedly Tiger told his friend he had been taking prescription painkillers and that was why he seemed out of it after the crash. Although we’re told there was no alcohol involved driving under the influence of painkillers could be a problem.

Nick Hogan was involved in a minor car accident–what might be called a fender bender– last night in downtown Los Angeles.

There were no injuries. Police came to the scene, but felt no need to make a report.
