Kate Hudson, gorgeous golden blonde daughter of celebrity parents herself is finally getting noticed for hair. Sadly its not her hair thats getting her noticed..
Unfortunately its because someone is suing her.

It seems she’s made her new hair care line a success, ecofriendly and all the things that sell. Sadly, it seems that she forgot to pay the scientists who claim to have discovered the secret ingredient. The deal was that they develop the product that is partly composed of volcanic materials and would get a share in the market. Their price for development was apparently a bit more than the lady wanted to pay so she took her secret ingredient elsewhere. (View the lawsuit.)

According to a suit filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the Los Angeles-based 220 Laboratories are throwing no less than 17 kinds of action against Hudson.
The charges include fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of confidence and a whole batch of unlovely things.

The purported developers are seeking compensatory and punitive damages plus interest.

Madonna Tours with Givenchy

Apparently the latest Madonna tour, labeled the “Sticky and Sweet” tour, comes with a “side of French dressing” according to E.

Madonna, who in the past has partnered with some of the worlds biggest and best in clothing designers for her shows, is going to do a duet with the French design house Givenchy for her latest, the “Sticky and Sweet” tour, which will begin in Cardiff in the latter part of this month.

A black coat dress made of stretchy satin, very dark and very Gothic, is part of the fare you can look forward to if you take in the show, which will be a world tour.
Another of Madonna’s selections is a long cape, which fits over a black dress that is covered with multi-hued ribbons, quite Gypsy-like in nature, and will be seen in the third portion of the concert.

According to E, the deal has possibly been on the table for some time, although it’s just being announced now, since Madonna has been wearing Givenchy for several months.

Loreal Takes Heat for Beyonce Ads

Apparently Shevelle Rhule (Fashion editor for Pride, a magazine that targets the black Brit community) isn’t in the least impressed by the new Loreal ads that feature Beyonce. “For all the talk of ‘black is beautiful’, images like this clearly show that we’ve got a very long way to go yet.” she is quoted as saying.

The ads in question, a Feria hair color promotion, are featured in Elle magazine and show Beyonce with what everyone seems to believe is a much lighter complexion than she truly possesses.

Loreal is under the gun for allegedly lightening up Beyonce’s skin tones in the ads, but do however deny any sort of wrong doing in their responses.

In a response to the criticism, Loreal responded “We highly value our relationship with Ms. Knowles. It is categorically untrue that L’Oreal Paris altered Ms. Knowles’ features or skin tone in the campaign for Feria hair color”

Here’s the multimillion dollar question. Do we believe them? Is it possible that it was done and they aren’t “fessing up”?

After viewing the ad and the normal photos, we’ve got to wonder.

Queen Latifah is creating her own fragrance, which will be available in stores sometime next year, according to E! Online.

“Scent expresses a woman’s confidence and sensuality. It’s how she embraces her body, her mind and her strength,” Queen Latifah said in a statement about her new venture.
