Charlie Sheen did not get lap dances in Las Vegas

Charlie Sheen, Brook Mueller,

At least not this time…

A rep for actor/bad boy Charlie Sheen says the Star Magazine report which claimed that Sheen, after having a fight with his wife Brook Mueller, got so upset that he stormed off to Las Vegas, where he then partied at the nightclub Prive and got lap dances at a strip club, is not true.

Sheen’s rep has told Usmagazine.com that Sheen and his wife, who are expecting twin boys, are just fine and that he actually went to Las Vegas for a “contractual appearance on behalf of Planet Hollywood’s Prive” and that he was only in town for four hours.

So there you have it, folks!

Obama Fans Refused Treats

Directly from the US News comes this ridiculous tidbit, that even a Palin McCain groupie couldn’t condone.

A women in Michigan specifically turned away trick-or-treating kids whose parents support Barack Obama.

TV station WJBK reported that Shirley Nagel only handed out candy to children from families that supported Republican  McCain.

She left a sign outside her home on Halloween, which read: “No handouts for Obama supporters, liars, tricksters or kids of supporters.” ( We seriously hope parents who saw the sign of BOTH parties passed by without stopping)

When asked whether she was concerned about children leaving her home in tears, she commented: “Oh well. Everybody has a choice.”

Nagel said she took the stance because Obama is “scary”.

Now while her choice may be her own, forcing it down the throats of children, using candy as a lure is probably something no one could approve of… Sarah Palin, in her own blunt fashion, would most likely have sorted her out about that kind of treatment of children.

Yachting Anyone?

In a bit of news from the past.. the Iraqi government today has announced they will sell the personal property of their own past celebrity, Saddam. Ocean Breeze, Hussseins yacht features swimming pools, an operating room , a helipad and an escape tunnel leading to a submarine.(( sound a touch paranoid to you??)

It is expected to bring in around 20 million, with brokers claiming the vessel’s history will  be “a good selling point”.
Iraq was granted ownership of the yacht, which was built in a Danish shipyard in 1981, following a legal dispute with a Jordanian company.

The yacht features such amazing decor as mahogany carvings, gold tap fittings and deep-pile carpets, reports the BBC.

Hussein never stayed on the yacht because of  political instability in Iraq. It has been moored in Saudi Arabia and the French port of Nice since it was built.
