Dina Lohan, you know Lindsey Lohan’s mom, is supposedly distraught over her daughter’s time behind bars, which is perfectly understandable.

Dina’s friends have reportedly been talking and the word is that she is absolutely broken hearted, even forgoing business deals in order to grieve.

Dina’s last visit to see her daughter in jail was Wednesday. She has been unable to return since then because all of Lindsay’s visitor allotments have been taken.

No one knows for sure, but there is some rumbling that perhaps Charlie Sheen copped a plea deal to make his most recent legal woes go away.

Rumor has it he will be appearing on the set of Two and a Half Men to begin taping next week’s episode. Further, he is not scheduled to miss any episodes due to his legal troubles.

According to these same sources, the plea deal copped this time is better then the one offered him before. You know, the one that was eventually rescinded.

Taping for the upcoming season of Two and a Half Men begins August 6th. Sheen is supposed to appear in court, 4 days earlier, on August 2nd.

The Department of Public Health is investigating the deaths of Brittany Murphy and her husband Simon Monjack, who both died a short time apart under similar circumstances.

The investigation has been prompted due to mold discovered throughout their home.

Shortly after Murphy died, there was an investigation surrounding the mold, but at that time it was not believed to have contributed to her death. However, things changed in this regard after Murphy’s husband, Monjack died of nearly the exact same cause. Both had pneumonia at the time of their deaths.

Brittany’s mom is said to be in full support of the investigation and is flying in to be nearby while it is ongoing.

In more Real Housewives of _____ news, (you fill in the blank), Josh Waring, the son of one of the Orange County housewives, was jailed for violating probation. He was picked up after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

This is not the first time he found himself in trouble. In 2008 he was picked up on a drug charge. In 2010, he got in some legal trouble for battery.

Waring is currently in jail. No bail has been set. He sees the judge on Tuesday. Lets home he gets it together and turns things around sooner then later.

Justin Bieber, the Pop’s latest boy-toy, sensation is all set to appear on the season premiere of CSI.

Television shows such as these sometimes bring on stars from other genres to help boost ratings.

Christina Milian, the soon-to-be ex-wife of R & B singer The Dream, wants the judge presiding over divorce from the star to throw it out.

She claims that he lied about their relationship status and also was unfaithful.

The Dream has purported that the two were already legally separated at the same time he filed for divorce at the beginning of the year.

Milian disagrees. She counter-claims that there were still together and having “marital relations.” She goes on to ask the court to at least grant the divorce based on adultery and not due to it being “irretrievably broken.”

BTW, Milian, the ex of Nick Cannon (Mariah Carey’s husband) has one more request. She wants the agreement to not ask for alimony or any property, that she admittedly signed, thrown out claiming that The Dream asked her to sign it right before she gave birth, when she as not in the right frame of mind to agree to such an important manner
