She admts that she was so infatuated with confectionery that she wanted to work in a candy store as a career according to Contactmusic.

Prejean Lawsuit Gets a Response

If ousted beauty queen and self proclaimed bigot Carrie Prejean thinks they are going to roll over and be sued she is apparently wrong. Prejean has sued the Miss California USA pageant and co-executive director Shanna Moakler on Monday alleging religious discrimination, and gaining her a comment or two from the other camp.

“On Ms. Moakler’s behalf, I can say unequivocally that Ms. Prejean’s lawsuit is without merit,” Mel Avanzado, Moakler’s lawyer.

“More importantly, as everyone who watched or read her public statements is well aware, Ms. Prejean’s unfortunate and bigoted statements are responsible for any public humiliation or damages to her reputation that she has claimed to have suffered,” Avanzado added. “Ms. Moakler strenuously denies that she did anything wrong and looks forward to proving that in a court of law.”

Days To Stream Online

Like Sands Through the Hourglass… A few years past time and perhaps a few bright stars too late, Days of Our Lives will begin streaming full episodes online, NBC has announced. ((can it BE that after firing the best and brightest No one really cares to tune in on the telly?)

The series which is now in their 43rd year, will offer American viewers the opportunity to watch entire episodes of the soap for sixteen days following their original broadcast, however many of their former fans admit to not caring if they see the show again, due the the networks ridiculous firing of the major stars that amounted to little more than age discrimination in the public viewpoint.(see comments from disgruntled fans here regarding ageism and sexism).

“NBC.com is pleased to add Days of Our Lives to the great lineup of shows available for streaming,” said Vivi Zigler, president of NBC Universal Digital Entertainment. “Days has such great fans - now they can watch every episode again online.”

We’re standing by to see if that actually happens. We’re betting that by cutting the veterans, NBC daytime may have cut their own throat.

V Remake May Cast Original Stars

Okay so COLOR US IMPRESSED The producers of the V remake are actually contemplating.. GASP.. using some middle ages folks from the original series when they cast.

Scott Peters, an executive producer said that  Jane Badler, who played wicked alien Diana on the first series, may return to the update.

He told Sci-Fi Wire: “Jane Badler has approached our producers and has been in touch here and there.”

The show’s creators are also thinking about giving parts to both Marc Singer and Faye Grant, who led the resistance against the Visitors in the original.

With so many shows cutting out actors over fifty it kind of makes you want to applaud the decision.

Peters  added: “I haven’t had a chance to actually sit down or talk to anybody face-to-face, but I would love to. I don’t want somebody to just walk by in the background and then feature them for a second. I want to find a really interesting role for somebody.”

Time Travelers Wife Was Written for Divorced Duo

The “Time Traveller’s Wife” screenwriterwent on record when he confirmed the speculation that he had written the romantic drama with Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston in mind.

The Ghost writer began working on the project, based on the bestsellier before Pitt and Aniston divorced in 2005.

Speaking to OK, he said: “I thought they would be perfect for this film. I just saw them as a perfect version of Henry and Clare.

“I just found them equally attractive and equally compelling, and in terms of the Hollywood arena at that time, they were as good a couple as you could find. I was writing it in my mind for them.”

Don’t Quit Your Day Job

Carrie Prejean has  apparently decided that with her new breasts and her lack of a job, the obvious next move would be pop princess. So how does that fit into the anti gay marriage thing? we’re sure she’ll find an angle..

She took to the stage with Audrina Patridge and Wilmer Valderama to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Del Mar Racetrack in San Diego on Wednesday. Of course gambling and racing is MUCH more acceptable than gay marriage.

The recently and most controversially dethroned former Miss California took to the mic to do a live song. What Next Carrie?
