Chastity Bono is having a sex change to become a man.  Her/His  spokesman announced it on the AP. Born female, to the rock duo,  Sonny and Cher,  Bono says he “has made the courageous decision to honor his true identity” and began the sex-change process earlier this year.

Publicist Howard Bragman said Bono is proud of his decision and hopes “that his choice to transition will open the hearts and minds of the public regarding this issue.”

The 40-year-old writer, activist and reality-TV star came out as gay 20 years ago, Bragman said.

From Whitney to Tori to Pamela A, celebs who have had boob jobs are finding that they aren’t all that awesome when it comes right down to the nitty gritty.

Photos of botched boob jobs are cropping up everywhere lately, among them, the cave in that is Pamela Anderson, the  Whitney Houston “lumps and bumps”, the Tori Spelling bars and scars.

Most of the Hollywood hype about the boob job enhancing your look appears to be somewhat less than the reality of it all… photos don’t lie.

Today’s boob jobs, if you’d care for a peek, are double D-isgusting.

In an interview with momlogic.com, former “Melrose Place” star Lisa Rinna admits that she does have some regrets regarding her many plastic surgeries.

Rinna tells the web site that she regrets having Juvederm put in her cheeks, but that she is still a fan of botox. 

“… I still like Botox. It’s great! It doesn’t change the shape of my face. When you change your face, you don’t look like yourself. Looking fresher is one thing. I look like a freak! I always said I wouldn’t change my face, but I did it. I can’t not be honest about it. I’d look like a fool. It’s so obvious. I don’t believe in lying. I used to feel like it was nobody’s business. But when this happened, I realized I couldn’t hide it.”

In her Vanity Fair cover story, Cate Blanchett talks about the fact that she is turning 40 next year. But unlike many other Hollywood celebs, the beautiful Blanchett is neither worried about getting old(er) nor interested in having cosmetic surgery.

“I haven’t done anything, but who knows,” she tells Vanity Fair. “Andrew said he’d divorce me if I did anything. When you’ve had children, your body changes; there’s history to it. I like the evolution of that history; I’m fortunate to be with somebody who likes the evolution of that history… I personally don’t think people look better when they do it; they just look different. You’re certainly not staving off the inevitable. And if you’re doing it out of fear, that fear’s still going to be seen through your eyes. The windows to your soul, they say.”

“But I’m not a spokesperson against the world of injectables. If you grow up in an environment where your mother gets you a boob job when you turn 18, what hope is there? But I didn’t grow up in that world…,” Blanchett says.

“90210” star Shannen Doherty has vowed to never undergo cosmetic surgery, according to WENN.

“These are my looks, whether you like them or not. They work for me. I have a gap in the middle of my teeth. You know how many people wanted to cover that gap? My parents are like, ‘Don’t ever do that! That’s what makes you different!’ I was raised to have a lot of confidence and believe in myself,” she said.

Luckily Brenda Walsh is best known for her personality and not her looks!

Usmagazine.com shows a side by side comparison of two photographs of Ali Lohan, and it looks as though her boobs have grown a lot in just a few weeks.

So the question is now: Has little Ali’s boobs simply grown or has she stuffed her bra, OR has mommy Dina allowed her daughter to get new boobs?
