In the next wave of drug related deaths, Corey Haim, chronicled on the Two Coreys,  is dead of an apparently accidental drug overdose in LA. Haim, known for films such as “The Lost Boys” and “License to Drive,” has died of an apparent drug overdose according to news reports.

His struggle with addiction was documented recently on A&E on a reality show that co-starred Haim’s pal, Corey Feldman.

“Feldman and Haim, once close friends, had struggled with their friendship in recent years, particularly because of Haim’s problems with addiction. Feldman once said on the show, “I don’t know if you have the strength to overcome your own demons.”

The answer is.. apparently not.. Our condolences to his family and friends.

Burt Reynolds is currently at home recovering from bypass surgery.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor was treated by a quintuple bypass in Florida last week.

The 74-year-old star also underwent therapy for treatment of a prescription drug addiction last fall.

He is24-hour nursing care for the duration of his recovery.

John Stamos former hunk from the Full House recently turned down a spot on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars.

The Full House actor, who finished a Broadway run in November, tweeted that he would not be appearing in the ABC series.

“I’m not doing Dancing with the Stars. Flattered to be asked,” he wrote. “I’m not a dancer. I’d put my foot in my mouth faster than John Mayer.”

They officially divorced in December, but Jon has not been able to win more custody of the pair’s children.

A source told US Weekly: “Jon’s angry because doing Dancing With the Stars will keep her away from the kids for days, and she still won’t let him have any extra custody. Nannies will watch them instead of Jon.”

The final reports in the Brittany Murphy death were released today. They say that there were multiple drugs in her body but that they were consistent with her trying to self medicate for a case of pnuemonia that should have had medical treatment. There was no abuse of drugs noted and her weight was quite in line with her body build so that is another theory down the tubes.

The 84-page final report  today  statesd that Murphy had “elevated levels” of Vicodin and drugs from over-the-counter cold medicine in her system, but no illegal substances. “There is no history of alcohol or drug abuse,” the report read. “The overall appearance of the body is consistent with the recorded height of 65 inches and the recorded weight of 115 pounds

The parents of missing “Growing Pains” star Andrew Koenig left the studio right before their interview tonight on “Larry King Live” … and not even King knows why.

When Larry came back from a commercial break, he announced Walter Koenig who was a hit himself as Pavel Chekov from “Star Trek” and his wife who are the parents of the missing former Growing pains star currently in the news had left the studio in Vancouver where they were going to be interviewed.

Larry said they left “for some reason, unbeknownst to anyone.”
