Casey Aldridge, famous for being Jamie Lynn Spears’ boyfriend and the father of her kid, crashed his car yesterday morning, TMZ.com reports.
Aldridge, 19, was reportedly driving in Louisiana when he lost control of his truck. Three of the five people riding in his car were ejected during the crash (no other car was involved), including Aldridge himself. TMZ.com reports that he is currently at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS and that Jamie Lynn Spears is at his bedside.
So could this be another celebrity DUI case, you wonder…. Well, since Aldridge was airlifted straight to the hospital, the police could not speak to him immediately – and when they finally did (a couple of hours later), they didn’t find any reason to suspect that he had been drinking. However, he has been charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle.
