One of the most well known radio talk show hosts has grabbed the spotlight when it comes to being known, charged and booked for multiple counts of sexual assault. Not just one, but many. This is something that has taken a lot of people aback since they do not think that he did something like this.

Jian Ghomeshi is the one that has been charged, and he was even brought to jail because of these charges. His lawyer is stating that during the trial, he is going to be pleading not guilty to all of the counts that are against him. That is because they do not feel that he should be charged for these types of allegations. This is not something that he states he has done.
However, since he is pleading not guilty, he is going to have to go through a trial. This is where those bringing the accusations are going to have to stand up to everyone, state what they have gone through, by whom and where, why and when. In addition, any other evidence that is out there will have to be shown and added to the trial. This is something that could take some time to sort through and Ghomeshi is ready and willing to fight it out, since he feels that nothing that was stated actually happened.
