It has been revealed that Brooke Mueller’s entry into the drug world is not going to cause her to have her probation violated.
For those of you who do not know Brooke Mueller had to go into rehab last month due to a relapse. Also, just eleven days ago Brooke Mueller was sentenced to probation in Colorado for having pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. The condition of her probation was that she would stay away from both drugs and alcohol. Now she is said to be using again but this time for some reason she is not having her probation violated.
The reason for her probation not being violated is because the courts have yet to receive an official report that shows when she was tested she was dirty. Also, no one has received anything stating that she was picked up for any type of drug related charges. According to the policy since Brooke Mueller was the one to sign herself into rehab there is basically nothing that they can do when it boils down to it.
Brooke Mueller made a smart move by what she did and she is applauded for it.
