Britney Spears ran over a Paparazzo’s foot with her convertible Mercedes in 2007. It was captured on video and was one of three similar incidents involving feet and Spears’ car. Ricardo Mendoza, employed by TMZ at the time, didn’t press charges, but did file a lawsuit, claiming assault, battery and negligence.
He said that Spears ‘intentionally, deliberately, wantonly, maliciously and with a conscious disregard for the rights, health, and safety of others’ drove in a way that would ‘drive, push, ram and/or barrel through a crowd of people…severely injuring plaintiff.’ Personally, we think it serves him right being in the paparazzo, but there you go.
I’m bettin’ my money that the guy was deliberately in her way. She should have backed over him.
