Britney Spears will NOT perform at the MTV Video Music Awards

PerezHilton.com reports that Britney Spears will NOT be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards tonight.
According to Britney Spears’ manager, Larry Rudolph, the pop star is 100% not performing, but she will be attending/opening the show.
