Britney Spears walked in to a Melrose store the other day wearing one top and walked out wearing another - without paying for it. Britney’s friends say that the superstar just forgot to pay for the item and in the end the “lucky” star did not get arrested.    Some time ago, Britney was also accused of stealing a wig from a sex shop! What’s up with all these super rich shoplifting (or as they put it: forgetful) celebrities?
