Bono’s Wife Sues Stella

Stella McCartney, daughter of former Beatle Paul is in the process of being sued by the wife of Bono, who claims that Stell’s perfume, called Stella Nude, is an infringment of her own use of the word Nude, which is part of her company name..

So does this mean the rest of us aren’t allowed to use the word Nude for anything ?? Rumor has it that the  this one won’t be settled out of court and the duo are expected to be headed that direction later on this year.
