The man who won his hundred thousand dollars on the “The Biggest Loser” reality, is proving that he did in fact deserve the title. He is also facing some time in big boy jail for purportedly attempting to bilk an insurance company, not once, but on several occasions.
David Fioravanti was indicted in Massachusetts today by a grand jury who slapped him with SEVEN… count em… seven counts of insurance fraud.

According to TMZ he reportedly tried to insure about $63K worth of jewels that he had reported stolen over a year earlier, and he tried to do the same thing not once, but twice, the DA said.
Not only crooked.. but smart too…

Here’s the good part. One of the companies he allegedly victimized.. was called… CHUBB Insurance.
No way could anyone make that up!!
