Pregnant Beyonce Knowles has taken a really big loss and she acts like it was nothing. Surprisingly, she has sold her stylish and lavish condo down in Miami, Florida for about seventy five percent less than what she paid for it.
Back in 2002 when she purchased it she spent $456,000 yet when she has sold it now she was only granted $110,000. Not to mention the fact that she had her heart set on getting at least $355,000 for it. That is a huge loss of $355,000 but she seems to be handling the loss quite well. There has been attempts to contact Beyonce Knowles and her rep but no response has came from them as of yet.
From what we have been told this was just a getaway for the singer. The place is said to only be 190 square feet and it only has one ½ bathroom. We are guessing that Beyonce just loved the place because it is a straight walk from the sand to the pool and it was an easy place to change. We really wouldn’t be surprised if she owns another condo in the complex and this was just and easy in and out place.
