Beyoncé has confessed that she finds the influence that she has over her younger fans to be “scary”. (No offense little girl.. but we find it Scary too)
Speaking to Vogue, the singer and actress revealed that she found it a big responsibility being a role model for young girls, including President Barack Obama’s daughters, which she’s repeated for us all as endlessly as the energizer bunny.. Move it along already..
“[Michelle Obama] told me she was very happy that her girls have someone like me to look up to,” she explained. “And I’m like, ‘Oh, my God’. You have to feel fortunate to be one of the people whom parents don’t mind their children looking up to.
Earlier this month, the singer revealed that the First Lady had said that her apparently less than discerning daughters Malia, 10, and seven-year-old Sasha saw Beyonce as their “idol”.
