Mischa Barton’s landlord is reportedly suing the actress over unpaid rent according to Popeater. Apparently the lawsuit says that she didn’t pay her rent for three months. It’s been said that Barton failed to pay three months rent on her $7,000 a month (£4,301) New York City apartment.
The landlord is filing suit against Barton to recover the rent and legal fees.
Barton underwent psychiatric evaluation in August. She said she sought treatment because of stress caused by her hectic schedule and a botched tooth surgery.
