Yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger who played the Terminator as well as the villainous Mr. Freeze, yet this did not stop him from being totally terrified as a safari elephant encounter left him as well as his fellow passengers totally shaken up.
This former California Governor was participating in a safari while in South Africa when he and his friends came upon a very large elephant. They stopped their SUV in the middle of the road as the elephant confronted them, but instead of the elephant walking away this gorgeous humongous gray animal started to investigate their vehicle with his enormous tusks. At one point this enormous animal started to walk away.
One of the passengers stated as they wondered “Is he backing up due to the engine?”
Arnold then predicted “No, he is going to charge us.”
At first it seemed like this actor who also played the Kindergarten Cop just might have gotten lucky and was wrong about his prediction, as this gorgeous animal started to walk away from their vehicle. But in fact this actor who turned politician was all so correct in his prediction. The driver of their vehicle was forced to floor it due to the fact that this elephant actually started to chase them down. Fortunately, Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as other passengers were not hurt and they were able to escape this enormous animal.
Despite the fact that this encounter left everyone shaken, the elephant still received admiration from Arnold.
Schwarzenegger stated that he could not have written this encounter at the safari better if it was a movie. He also stated that he is absolutely in awe of these strong, beautiful animals even though some of us had to change our pants after this encounter.
