Annie Leibovitz, that amazing photog, has been threatened with involuntary bankruptcy, according to reports.
The celebrity photographer was sued by B2Pro Lighting in December 2008, who claimed that she owed $392,036 (£280,363) for rental services, damaged equipment and failure to deliver enough business.
A judge dismissed a part of the lawsuit last month, but it is said that the lighting company is still owed $189,170 (£135,392).
B2Pro’s lawyer told the New York Post: “We haven’t filed anything yet, but we are doing our due diligence.
“We’re in touch with Annie’s people and they are co-operating, so hopefully it won’t come to that.”
According to Vanity Fair she makes about $2 million a year.
