Actress Anne Heche’s divorce from camera man Coley Laffoon has now been finalized, according to Usmagazine.com.
Heche and Laffoon will reportedly share custody of their 6-year-old son, Homer, and she will pay her ex $3,700 a month in child support as well as a lump sum of $515,000.
Heche and her boyfriend, actor James Tupper, are currently expecting their first child together.
Heche and Tupper met on the set of ABC’s drama series ”Men In Trees” in 2006.
