Actor Andy Dick, 42, maybe best known for his role as the nerdy Owen Kronsky in the sitcom “Less then Perfect”, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of battery and marijuana possession Friday.

According to E! Online, Dick made a deal with the D.A. and won’t be serving any time behind bars. Instead, the judge sentenced him to three years probation and ordered him to pay fines totaling almost $700.

According to court records, Dick was also ordered to wear an electronic ankle-device, which can detect drug and alcohol consumption, for one year.

The comedian was arrested outside a chicken restaurant in Murrieta, CA, on July 16, after he allegedly urinated in the restaurant’s parking lot and exposed a 17-year-old girl’s breasts. When searched, cops found marijuana and some kind of prescription medication in his pockets.
