The big winner of the MTV Movie Awards was 44-year-old actor Johnny Depp, who managed to win both the Best Comedic Performance (for his role in “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End”) and the Best Villain categories (for his role in “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street”).

Ellen Page, from the hit movie “Juno”, won the Best Female Performance category.

Will Smith won the Best Male Performance category for his role in “I am Legend”.
