Singer/drug addict Amy Winehouse has been charged with assault for allegedly attacking a fan on September 26, Fox News reports.
A woman by the name of Sherene Flash has been quoted by some newspapers as saying that she was hit in the face by Winehouse after asking to take her photograph at a charity function in London.
Winehouse’s spokesperson says the singer went to the police station on Thursday, where she was arrested, charged and released.
She is reportedly due do appear in court on March 17.
