Trace Adkins band bus has had a fairly serious accident that killed two people according to reports. He was not on the bus at the time of the incident when a pickup collided with the bus. Both occupants of the truck were killed. Band members were treated for injures during the mishap.
Adkins said in a statement that it was a “real tragedy”.
He added: “Two people have been killed and I don’t even know their names. So out of respect for their families, I prefer not to comment too much at this time.”
Adkins plans to continue the tour with singer Martina McBride.
Local law enforcement are still investigating the collision.
