A Bit Richer Today..



Sienna Miller has reportedly accepted about  £35,000 damages in an out-of-court settlement against News Group Newspapers, confirmed by her solicitor/ attorney, who said that the terms were approved at an unlisted hearing in  London’s High Court today.

The suit was related to  “a series of intrusive articles and photographs” published in the News Of The World and The Sun in June and July.  The News Group has also agreed to pay the  legal costs for the suit, which was brought by 26 year old Sienna.

An attorney for  News Group sent a letter to Miller on behalf of the tabloids which read: “We acknowledge that on the specific facts and circumstances of this case you had a reasonable expectation of privacy in respect of the information and the photographs that we published in The Sun and the News Of The World.

“We also accept that we should not have published such information or such photographs.”

The actress is still pursuing claims against another  photo agency– Big Pictures.
