50 Cent appeared in a Long Island court yesterday in order to overturn a restraining order taken out by his ex, so that he can spend time with 11-year-old son, Marquise, according to OK! Magazine.

Marquis’s mother took out the restraining order last month after she accused the rapper of being involved in the fire that burned her Long Island home to the ground.

50 Cent is fighting the accusations.
