Captain Phil Harris of the FV  fame from “Deadliest Catch,” is  reportedly making some amazing progress in coming back from his stroke. He is no longer using tubes but is breathing on his own accord.

According to a source close to the family, doctors are “extremely impressed” with Harris’ progress.

Harris  stroked while he was  unloading crabs from the F/V Cornelia Marie — but as of today reportedly all of  the tubes have all been removed.

Reportedly he is also getting back some of the  in the left side of his body.His motor skills are  returning to normaland apparently he’s even, according to TMZ, been ” dropping a few of his trademark cuss bombs here and there”.

Tiger Woods is leaving a Mississippi rehab center where he reportedly underwent treatment for sexual addiction and his wife, Elin, has joined him for his trip home according to reports in Radar Online

Apparently the Woods are going to have another go at it after Tiger was linked with as many as 14 women. Here’s hoping six weeks can change the habits of a lifetime…

A film investor is making some threatening talk about having to sue Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith over a failed movie project.

TMZ reported that there were legal papers filed in LA on Friday that say the dynamic duet guaranteed that the filme would make money..(we’re not sure we are buying that with Wills business savvy ) David Grasso was supposed to get a return investment on a film that lost money and went straight to DVD.

However, the Smiths have stated that they are not liable for Grasso’s loss.Apparently Jada wrote the script but the Smith’s don’t feel they are responsible so they responded through the official channels. A rep for them said “Although we normally shun this type of controversy, we felt compelled to respond to the baseless threats and absurd allegations put forth by Mr Grasso’s counsel,”

Being rich and famous can have its drawbacks. The SUV belonging to Charlie Sheen has been stolen and  crashed into a steep ravine in Los Angeles, according to The AP. (Does life imitate art? Didn’t this happen on his show too?)

The actor reported that his vehicle had been stolen around 4am PST. Around the same time, police reported that a car had driven down a cliff off Mulholland Drive.

Local news stations show the Mercedes Benz upside-down.

Authorities are currently searching for potential victims, but there is no evidence that anyone was in the vehicle when it crashed.

He also has a few issues with being charged in domestic assault. The kicker in that one is that the accuser isn’t necessarily Ms credibility..

Mueller has been in an addiction centre in North Carolina for the past few weeks.

Casey Johnson, best known for her engagement to Tila Tequila has had her death ruled natural causes. Johnson was diabetic. Apparently her diet and exercise regimen were not well adhered to and her death is being attributed to Diabetic ketoacidosis. She had previously been hospitalized for the same condition according to reports.

According to TMZ, Charlie Sheen is going to be facing felony charges. According to reports Sheen is going to be charged with felony menacing for the happenings on Christmas Day with Brooke Mueller, in Aspen … this according to law enforcement sources.

Sheen, who stars in “Two and a Half Men” will be charged with misdemeanor assault.

Apparently the charges will be filed tomorrow or first thing Monday morning although it is not clear whether or not he actually did menace the wife..

According to TMZ aside from the arraignment, the judge will hear arguments from lawyers for Brooke and Charlie to relax the protective order prohibiting any contact between the two.
